All digital sales are final, unless specific digital files requested are not available.  If specific digital film files for a game are ordered but are not available, full refund for that film order will be issued.

Fulfillment of digital sales will occur by sending links to the email account submitted with the order.  Please provide an email address where you are able to receive the links.
